The hospitality & service industries present a unique set of challenges for employees, employers, and their families. With over 15 years of experience in these industries, I’ve seen (and felt!) the short and long term mental health impacts. Dealing with things like toxic workplaces, poor communication, workplace harassment, inconsistent income and hours, substance use, and general work-related stress can lead to burnout, anxiety, and depression. I help you identify your root issues, process your experience, and explore ways to improve your well-being. You take care of others for a living- I’ll help you learn to take care of yourself, too.
