Family Sessions: $175

I offer a free, 15-minute, no-pressure consultation call. If we’re not a fit, I’ll recommend therapists who might be.

First Session

Our first session helps orient you to therapy and allows me to start getting to know you! We’ll review your intake forms and I’ll answer any questions. We’ll talk about what brings you in and what you want to gain from therapy. My hope is that you’ll leave this session feeling heard, supported, and ready to embark on your therapeutic journey.
