Serving Yourself First
A free, four-week mini-series for hospitality/food & beverage industry workers!
It’s like, “microdosing” therapy.
Working with people is one of the hardest things to do.
The hospitality & service industries present a unique set of challenges for employees, employers, and our families. With over 15 years of experience in these industries, I’ve seen (and felt!) the short and long-term mental health impacts.
Challenges like toxic workplaces, poor communication, workplace harassment, inconsistent income and hours, substance use, and general work-related stress can lead to burnout, anxiety, and depression.
I can help identify root issues, process experiences, and explore ways to improve overall well-being.
I’m passionate about giving back to the industry that helped put me through college and get me to where I am now.
I know the importance of social support in our tight knit Santa Barbara community, and plan to create a network of mental-health-minded industry workers to break stigmas and foster connection.
We take care of others for a living- I’ll help you learn to take care of yourself, too.

As a 15-year industry vet (who still picks up shifts at Lama Dog!), the industry holds a special place in my heart.
I’m beyond stoked to fuse my education + training with my industry experience and give back to my local community- a community whose support helped me get to where I am now.
Tune in, turn on, & drop o̵u̵t̵ IN to any/ all sessions & learn some pretty rad skills that help you take better care of yourself.
