Families Living with Addiction

Process your experience and learn ways to cope and care for your family member and for yourself.

Addiction ravages the whole family, not just the individual. I offer a non-judgmental, supportive space for you to process your experience. While you can’t change your loved one, you can change how you care for yourself. I help you understand the impacts, build self-compassion and empathy, and offer tools that can make the tough times more manageable. We’ll work with your grief, shame, guilt, and any other emotion that feels dark, isolating, or untouchable. You don’t have to do this alone- I’m here to support you.
